I was keen to fix menu bar in place so it did not scroll up out of view as you scroll down text but decided this had too many other drawbacks - I am still looking at other ways of doing it but assume we can't do it for moment.

This site model is very crude and purely for illustration purposes only. We can easily change colours and styles etc. as HTML code references a style file set up using CSS (cascading style sheets).

Scope

This family history covers UK descendants down the male line of Walter Trease who leased property from Sir John Russell, 1st Earl of Bedford, in North Petherwin (then in Devon now in Corwall) in 1552. UK descendants down the female line and descendants of emigrants are restricted to the children of their marriage.
