1821 Census return for 37 Queen Street

The 1821 census just listed the name of the main family, then columns of details such as number of families in house, males in house including children, females in house including children, no of families employed in trade, manufacturer or handicraft, or agriculture. All the Houses in Queen Street seem to contain more than one family - the norm seem to be 3 or 4. At 37 Queen Street, the details were as follows

PLEASE NOTE that when the entries for Ann and Jane TRAIES were collected it was not known that Paddington and most of Kensington were missing from the 1841 census. Accordingly the entries given below for Ann and Jane should be treated with caution as they may have been living with James and other family members somewhere in Kensington which is missing from the census.
