Henry Traies (and not Henry Traes, as erroneously printed in last Gazette), of No. 17, Victoria'road, Nottingbill, in the county of Middlesex, and previously of No. 14, High-street, Nutting-hill, in the county of Middlesex, Tin Plate Worker, Ironmonger, and Gas Fitter, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in Her Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, in London, on the 22nd day of November, 1869, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Registrar of the said Court, acting in the prosecution of the said Petition, at the first meeting of creditors to be held before the said Registrar, on the 13th day of December instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court. Mr. Peter Paget, of No. 22. Basinghall-street, London, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. F. D. liigby, of No. 17, Greshamstreet, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.
