The following PRISONERS whose Estates and Effects have been vested in the Provisional Assignee by Order of the Court, having filed their schedules are ordered to be brought up before the court, as hereinafter mentioned at the Court House in Portugal Street, Lincoln's Inn as follows, to be dealt with according to the Statute......

On Thursday, March 17, 1859, at Eleven O clock, before Mr Chief Commissioner Law Charles TRAIES, late of No 17 Russell Court, Drury-lane, at the same time renting a shop at 3 Wych-Street Stand, both in Middlesex, Pastry Cook and Pieman, but for five weeks last past, Servant in such businesses."
