Portrait of Henry Trease

This is a photograph taken of a photograph which was in the possession of the late Ivan Payne. The original photo was sepia coloured and was marked with a date May16/92 on the back. The photos taken at Ivy Lawn Cheltenham are dated 1892 and possibly this photo was taken at the same time. Henry seems to be dressed similarly to the way he is in the other photographs.

It shows a man with a beard and moustache standing in front of wall. The jacket of his suit is buttoned and tight fitting. In his right hand he is holding a walking stick and glove. In his left hand, which is gloved, he is holding a cigarette.
