Photos: Alice & Edward Fricker Freeland | PREVIOUS PHOTO NEXT INDEX |
This unmarked 5"x3" black and white photo, originally thought to have been taken in Canada about 1925, may date from August 1920 when Edward senior visited North America with his third wife, Alice.
Edward Fricker Freeland is facing the camera whilst his son Edward Claude Freeland stands behind keeping the right side of his face away from view.
The car featured in the photograph may have been of significance. Presumably Edward junior would have needed transport when he became a silver fox rancher at Onondaga and it may have been a possession of which he was proud.
