This is the last Will and Testament of me William Traies of Denmark Street in the county of Middlesex Gentleman but late of Cincinatti
United States of America I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be only paid and satisfied by my Executors
hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give devise and bequeath to my daughters Louisa Traies and Mary Traies
all and every my household furniture ... subject only to the bequest of a payment of ten per cent from all dividends ... to my mother
Elizabeth Traies during her life and whereas my daughter Mary Trease is a minor I give and bequeath her moiety and share to my daughter
