Will of William Masters Traies, gentleman of Kent, 1841

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Traies of Denmark Street in the county of Middlesex Gentleman but late of Cincinatti United States of America I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be only paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give devise and bequeath to my daughters Louisa Traies and Mary Traies all and every my household furniture ... subject only to the bequest of a payment of ten per cent from all dividends ... to my mother Elizabeth Traies during her life and whereas my daughter Mary Trease is a minor I give and bequeath her moiety and share to my daughter Louisa Traies and to my frind Robert Besley of Northampton Square in the County of Middlesex ...
I appoint the said Robert Besley and the said Louisa Traies to be Executor and Executrix ... the twenty sixth day of January one thousand eight hundred and forty one William Traies ... witnesses J.Jenour Amelia Jenour Laura Jenour

Appeared personally Joshua Jenour of Gravesend in the County of Kent Gentleman and made oath that he is one of the subscribed witnesses to the last Will ... of Wiliam Traies formerly of Cincinnatti in the United States of America and then of Denmark Street Soho in the County of Middlesex but late of Milton in the County of Kent deceased ...
