William and Margaret nee King see Family Tree     (generation 20 W&MK William = Margaret)

William was born in Sheerness/Minster, Isle of Sheppey , Kent during the year 1858/9 the son of Peter and Catherine nee Buchan and grandson of Peter and Margaret nee Olver.

At the time of the 1881 Census he was living at home with his parents, unmarried and his occupation was given as Engine Fitter. During 1885 when he was about 26 years old he was married on the Isle of Sheppey to Margaret J A King who appears to have been born in Sheerness and who was about a year younger than William.

William and Margaret appear to have had at least five children, three sons and two daughters, one son dying in infancy. In the 1901 census return William 'Treyeas' is recorded as an engine fitter living with his family at 29 King Street Sheerness.

Margaret died during 1934, aged about 74, and was buried in Sheppey Cemetery. William died in 1921 and was buried in Halfway Cemetery Sheerness.

No further details have been obtained so far about any of the three surviving children.
